The Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide support in meeting the deliverables of the Regional Transmission Expansion Planning (RTEP) project. As specified in each Request for Proposal (RFP), vendors will work with WECC Staff, the Transmission Expansion Planning Policy Committee (TEPPC), the Scenario Planning Steering Group (SPSG), project consultants, and/or members of the Western Governors’ Association (WGA). Please see the RTEP web page for additional information about the RTEP project. All RFP responses and any resulting contracts are subject to the conditions set forth in these RFPs.
WECC will communicate with potential responders and other stakeholders about these RFPs by posting information on this web site, posting notices on the RTEP web site and the SPSG web site, and by sending notices to members of the RTEP Interested Stakeholders distribution list.
These RFPs do not constitute an offer to form a contract and do not obligate WECC to accept or consider any party’s response to an RFP.
