Under the direction of the Planning Coordination Committee (PCC), the Loads and Resources Subcommittee (LRS) and its respective workgroups oversees the collection and dissemination of WECC loads and resources (L&R) data, directs studies assessing resource adequacy within WECC, and addresses the L&R activities at NERC.
