Obtaining "Participating Stakeholder" Status
The WECC Bylaws, Standards Development Process, and Standing Committee Voting Procedures describe the participation of Participating Stakeholders in WECC voting. Participating Stakeholders are those persons or entities that are not members of WECC, but want to vote on WECC-specific Reliability Standards.

WECC is accepting requests for Participating Stakeholder status, which allows Participating Stakeholders to vote on WECC Reliability Standards. To obtain Participating Stakeholder status, complete and return the "Request for Participating Stakeholder Status," and review the "Rights and Obligations of Participating Stakeholders." To download the request form, click here. Participating stakeholders need to designate a voting representative on their request form. Participating Stakeholders may also designate an alternate voting representative. Only the designated voting representative or the designated alternate are allowed to vote.
