If the member has distinct and functionally-separated interests as both a Transmission Provider ("TP") and a Transmission Customer ("TC") the WECC member may have both a TC vote and a TP vote. Member Representative and Standing Committee Representatives Change Designation Form 2011

WECC Members can use this form to designate a new Member Representative or change their representatives for MIC, OC and PCC. Please note, only the member representative may make changes to a company's voting representatives.
